By accessing or using the system, you agree to these terms.
Appointment Copilot is first-contact handling software. It acknowledges inbound inquiries, captures information within configured fields, routes inquiries, and documents first contact.
The service operates within boundaries defined during implementation and terminates at calendar confirmation when scheduling is enabled.
You may use Appointment Copilot solely for internal first-contact handling within your organization.
Appointment Copilot handles first contact only. Your organization retains responsibility for professional decisions, evaluation, advice, commitments, and downstream actions.
Boundaries, routing rules, and scheduling behavior are configured in collaboration with your team during implementation.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties are made regarding outcomes, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointment Copilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
Liability is limited to fees paid for the service, if any, during the applicable period.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law based on the operating jurisdiction of Appointment Copilot.
