Digital Products — Delivery and Access

Appointment Copilot sells digital products delivered via PDF and email. These include the Aesthetic Practice Revenue Recovery System™, the Premium Patient Behavior File™, and any associated bonus materials.

Delivery Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within minutes of purchase. If you don't receive your access link, check your spam folder and search for "Appointment Copilot." Contact us if you still can't locate it.

Access You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share the materials publicly.

No refunds on digital products Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you have a technical delivery issue, contact us and we'll resolve it.

SaaS Service — Appointment Copilot™

The Appointment Copilot SaaS service ("AC") is a configured intake and scheduling automation system for aesthetic medicine practices. The following terms apply to the setup fee and monthly subscription.

Setup fee A one-time fee of $2,500 covers intake flow configuration, channel setup, and onboarding. This fee is non-refundable once configuration work has begun.

Monthly subscription $997 per month, billed on the same date each month beginning 30 days after purchase. The first 30 days are included so you can see the system running before the first charge.

No long-term contract You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Setup timeline Your intake system goes live within a few business days of completing the onboarding form. Support is available throughout setup at [email protected].

Cancellation To cancel, email [email protected] with your account name. We'll confirm cancellation within one business day.

Not Clinical Advice

        Appointment Copilot is not a clinical tool and does not provide medical, clinical, or treatment advice of any kind. AC handles intake and scheduling only. No response generated by or through AC constitutes clinical judgment, treatment recommendation, or medical guidance. All clinical decisions remain entirely with your licensed providers. You are responsible for ensuring your intake flows comply with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.
      

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Appointment Copilot, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, customer support, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on appointmentcocilot.com — including frameworks, systems, copy, templates, research compilations, and design — is the property of Appointment Copilot. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the materials in your own practice. It does not grant rights to reproduce, resell, republish, or teach from the materials.

Limitation of Liability

Appointment Copilot products and services are provided as operational tools. We make no guarantees regarding specific revenue outcomes, patient volume, booking rates, or business results. Results depend on your practice, your market, your execution, and factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
