The Short Version

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — when you purchase a product, submit a form, complete an onboarding questionnaire, or contact us for support.

Contact information Name, email address, phone number — provided when you purchase or fill out a form.

Payment information Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Practice information Details about your practice provided during onboarding — services, scheduling preferences, qualification criteria. Used only to configure your Appointment Copilot setup.

Usage data Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Collected automatically when you use the site.

SMS consent If you opt into SMS communications, we record that consent, the date it was given, and the phone number provided.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver digital products you've purchased and send access links to your inbox

Configure and operate your Appointment Copilot intake system

Send transactional emails related to your purchase or account

Send SMS messages you have explicitly opted into (see SMS section below)

Respond to support requests

Improve the product and website based on aggregate usage patterns

SMS Communications

If you consent to receive SMS from Appointment Copilot, you may receive text messages related to appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support, and occasional promotional messages about our products and services.

        SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through SMS consent are used solely to send the messages described above.
      

Who We Share Data With

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the business. Each receives only the data necessary for their function:

Stripe Payment processing. Governs its own data handling under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, email delivery, SMS, and automation infrastructure. Data is processed within GHL's platform in accordance with their terms.

Loom Video hosting for product walkthroughs embedded on this site. Viewing a Loom video is subject to Loom's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may include access to select third-party services that complement and enhance the results of our products.

In certain cases, this may involve securely sharing limited contact information (such as your name and email address) with a vetted service provider so they can deliver that service to you.

These providers are carefully selected based on their proven value to our clients and are contractually required to use your information solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.

You will always have the ability to opt out of this data sharing, either at the point of purchase or at any time thereafter by contacting us.

Data Retention

This site uses minimal cookies — primarily for basic analytics (page visits, referral sources) and to support checkout functionality via Stripe. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
